Why you’ll love this role.

We’re looking for a full-time Melbourne-based digital and video guru to join the most exciting show in Australia. We want someone who’s passionate about radio and creating great content! Jase and Lauren are Melbourne’s most exciting Breakfast team, and they are driven by making exceptional radio and social content. You will be a video shooting and editing whiz, a gun on socials, have a knack for spotting those hilarious show-moments that are destined to go viral online.

Your focus will be on producing class-leading content for Nova 100’s breakfast show Jase and Lauren and ensuring the station has the best local digital content in Melbourne and across Australia. Working closely with the producers and on-air team, you’ll be responsible for the ideation, production and execution of video, social and editorial content for Jase and Lauren, as well as owning the Jase and Lauren podcast and driving downloads through the roof.

Who you are.

• You’ll be a passionate content creator with previous experience in the digital sphere. To be successful in this role you will:
• Be a triple threat with capabilities in producing, shooting and editing content in a fast-moving environment.
• Have experience creating and maintaining an engaged social media audience across multiple platforms.
• Have technical expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Have your finger on the pulse of Melbourne, whether it’s sport, food, arts and culture, trends or major events.
• Possess exceptional communication skills that are both personable and professional, and an ability to prioritise sometimes conflicting requests.
• Willingness to work breakfast hours.
