Salary range: $70,000 to $80,00 plus superannuation

About the Role:

As the Account manager of our client team, you will own client relationships and manage the implementation and delivery of campaigns and partnerships. You will identify opportunities for revenue growth in campaigns and partnerships and work with the Client Lead to develop winning proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Leading the end-to-end management of campaigns, partnerships, and the client experience (across all parts of the business).

· Knowing each campaign objective and KPIs in detail and tracking against targets.

· Managing, implementing and monitoring / moderating campaign requirements from pack sends, monitoring posts and results tracking, briefing influencers (where necessary), wrapping up campaign and producing insights.

· Owning campaign budgets, ensuring project delivery against a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.

· Ensuring a broad understanding of Social Media platforms and Paid amplification - how they are measured, monitored, and reported.

· Working with the Operations & Community teams to understand the best way to implement and manage a campaign/partnership, optimizing and pivoting where needed to deliver holistic success (best for the Souper, best for the Client, best for the Soupee.)

· Working with Operations or Tech team to conduct any checks or testing on App, Projects, and Communications.

· Being the Campaign Lead and 'safe pair of hands' - leading campaigns and their full delivery, ensuring all parts of the business are clearly briefed to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

· Help build Social Soup as the expert and go-to for brands who want to make an impact and use influence to put good into the world.

· Act like a consultant to a client, offering expertise and being a ‘trusted advisor.’ Aiming always to deliver a superior client experience across all touchpoints of their journey.

· Gain an intimate knowledge of the client’s products and category, trends and competitor set to identify opportunities that drive strategic growth.

· Working with Client Leads to maintain and grow nursery clients

· Contribution in client planning sessions, supporting senior team members on client growth plans.

· Using your skills to push clients and the agency creatively, strategically, and operationally – always anchoring in what’s the best for our clients, for our community and for our business.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or higher qualification in highly relevant field.

· At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant position
